How will we find out?

How many got let go & kept ?? Anyone know #/s ?

They will most likely be making calls the rest of the week. Here’s the breakdown: there are going to be 2 teams; a Pain team with Xtampza, Belbuca & Nucynta (with Symproic samples, but not a part of your quota), and a dedicated Neuro team with Elyxyb only. They are going to keep a bunch of reps to fill the positions, and they can only call so many reps per day, so if you haven’t been called yet, it doesn’t mean you won’t be. Good luck to you all!

you sound like a company “kool aid” guy/gal

they will not be calling rest of the week
25 migriane markets all accounted for
pain - collegium has 90 territories
so may be another 35 pain from bdsi for pain

good luck to all

They just filled positions that they already had open for the pain side

This is a tough situation for anyone who will not be part of the new company structure moving forward

to those who started in Jan as part of Elyxyb - y’all absolutley got “owned” unless you made the cut…..it’s tough but this happens

wishing everyone tenured and new all the best!

It’s supposed to go in effect if company has over 100 employees and more than a certain number are affected. The number varies by the state. Company has to post on some state website and notify employees and pay them for 60 days. Just unclear on number of employees that have to be affected because it depends on where company is headquartered and if it’s buyer or seller that does notification. In Big Pharma, if there are over 100 EE’s (there are) and over 100 (I think that’s general rule, was my experience in Big Pharma) then EE’s affected are paid for 60 days which gives them time to find other employment, etc. At end of 60 days, still unemployed? then severance is paid out in one lump sum.
Very unclear on the number of EE’s affected at this point. I’m just hopeful that for those affected that the EE’s do get 60 days paid and then severance paid out. Benefits run during 60 days as well.

We all know that this has been very unusual so who knows if it actually happens like it should.

yes things have been done weird with this entire transaction... only thing for sure is 4 weeks severance at minimum for every year it's 2 weeks of pay plus any vacation time owed.

the 60 day pay thing would be nice but I doubt if they will do that and probably zero chance of getting a Q1 bonus even though everyone pretty much worked the entire quarter. I guess next week early we will find out how the "separation" will go down...

Good Luck to everyone
