Some good news! Everyone should make sure they save confirmation/ticket info from NSM travel. I got a notification today I had credits I didn’t know about and when I checked, I had the full credit from my ticket! One last gift of a free flight while amidst getting laid off is better than nothing I guess… good luck guys!
On my account for the airline I booked with because I linked it to my frequent flyer #. But even if you didn’t you can look up my ticket number or confirmation and your name on the airlines website and the credit should be there.
Quit making people think they have a credit. This was booked thru a travel agency. Paid for by them. You do not get credit. The people who paid get the credits.
Just for fun I looked into it and confirmed the airline said I need to contact my travel agency to rebook.
