How will we find out?

So on the Collegium stocktwits it does say that BDSI received a higher offer so deal most likely wont go through. It was on 2/24
COLL
. I am trying to attach a pic and it’s not working.

If BDSI received a higher offer back around 02/24, then why were calls made to reps this week informing them they are going to be retained, and what products they will be selling (Xtampza, Belbuca, Nucynta)?…

Nothing reflects the deal closure on COL website. Could post next week though. If the deal did fall through, good luck to SP retaining people. His do right by the sales force bs speech won’t hold any weight moving forward. I Highly doubt the deal fell through, we would have known by now.

Well the transaction wouldn’t be completed, and ownership officially transferred until Monday, or Tuesday of next week anyway, so you won’t see anything reflecting a completed acquisition until then.

ye well even if the deal falls through which I don’t think it has …I still wouldn’t stay here SP will screw the salesforce again without any warning! Happy Job hunting everyone!

Agreed! I strongly believe that a lot of really good people will leave regardless. While I know it’s a tough market to a degree, my family and I have assessed what’s important to us and I’m looking in other industries. Even though it’s a lot less $$, we can afford it with some small life style changes. There are all kinds of jobs out there (money is less but when you factor in wear and tear on your vehicle it might make sense for some people as well). Happy hunting all!

So I suppose the filing as seen on stocktwits does mean the merger will be completed/finalized 3/22. If so, for the record the entire sales team has gotten shredded and tossed aside thru this whole ordeal. This deal never gets a passing thought without the sales team accomplishing what it did on the front end.
