No one wants to work here longer than 2 years, they can't find any candidates because the company's reputation is so shot that they've basically given up, and no recruiter will touch Applied because they don't pay plus every recruiter speaks the truth about this dump. The west, south, southeast and northeast have all had 90%+ turnover in the past 4 years. NINETY PERCENT!!!!! What's that say about this place? We have moron lap specialists, idiot ZM's and even more pathetic DM's w/ virtually no experience in lap surgery.

They think this is how it is at other companies and I can assure you, it is not. But in a short amount of time, you'll see that this is not what they make it out to be.

I work for a VERY micromanagement company.....but I work hard, make $175,000 at plan with bonus.....and I have an extremly lax expense account....yes I do have to justify it, but I don't have to ask permission to spend money on a customer....Fuck you and the company you work for......I would rather eat a stick of shit and live in a tent than work for your stupid ass....

By the way....I'm headed to a national sales meeting soon and I don't have to sleep with someone that snores and farts all night...I have my own room....they also provide entertainment for our awards night......FYI....this is NOT a large company.....they just pay their people for what they do........FUCK YOU, EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU MANAGERS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pick any of the ones you applied for but didn't get. 175k at plan will most likely be 150-165k but still way more than applied medicals biggest wet dream of plugging numbers in the comp plan. But this guy will put an extra 6k a year in his pocket bc the benefits are better and actually put money into a matching 401k A real one that has funds people have heard of like vanguard and fidelity Applied had the worst no name no track record funds I've ever seen.

Quit fucking complaining and invest in a plan you want. If Applied didn't have a 401k, you'd cry about that. It doesn't (or does) have a Vanguard fund, you cry about that. Cry whine bitch cry bitch whine cry whine cry bitch bitch bitch. That's all you fucking do. If you don't like the investment plan, find one you do like? You don't like how much money you're making, figure out how to make more. Don't like the company you're at, find one you do like. Why do you pussies expect everything to be handed to you so you don't have to lift a fucking finger. Get off your ass and take some responsibility for yourself for a change.
