You're right. If we don't like it, we do need to leave. Couldn't agree more. I would love to have an opportunity to work harder and make more, just like I was promised I could by the Zone Director and recruiter. Show me how that's possible and I'll gladly do it.Quit fucking complaining and invest in a plan you want. If Applied didn't have a 401k, you'd cry about that. It doesn't (or does) have a Vanguard fund, you cry about that. Cry whine bitch cry bitch whine cry whine cry bitch bitch bitch. That's all you fucking do. If you don't like the investment plan, find one you do like? You don't like how much money you're making, figure out how to make more. Don't like the company you're at, find one you do like. Why do you pussies expect everything to be handed to you so you don't have to lift a fucking finger. Get off your ass and take some responsibility for yourself for a change.
I would have to bet that you started at Applied as your first medical device job, right? You sound just like the majority of Zone Directors and most, but not all, District Managers that came up through the ranks at Applied. You have no idea what other companies offer so you think that spouting "work harder, stop whining, get a new job" is how it works.
But know this, there are those of us, and it's more than a few, that have been lied to about compensation, benefits and opportunity. Don't begrudge us our right to complain simply because you have developed a case of Stockholm Syndrome (I'll give you some time to look that one up) and fell line with the bullshit that DG, TS, JD, Said and the rest of the Zone Directors try to feed us.
