A number of us are just going through the motions of pretending to work. This Amgen deal is ridiculous and morale is extremely low. Just doing the minimal amount of work and collecting paychecks. Pretty easy gig right now.

I'm busting my ass making 50k+ bonus per quarter for as many more as we can get. Heard q3 will have some more spiff contest money. Everyone I know and talk to feels the same way. On top of that we have a pretty cool president club trip left. Also if we get some luck and this drags out past December- more stock RSU grants. Morale is high in the GBU!

That’s funny given what the recruiters of two different companies have told many of us about how there were so many Horizon employees that applied. The problem is that not many Horizon people make it through because there are a plethora of crappy sales people here.

Not for much longer. The days of big bonuses will be long gone as soon as the acquisition/ integration is complete. Our bases are comparable to plenty of other rare disease sales forces.
