non-compete clause


Smells like BM to me.
It has been months since any current or former DVMR employees have called me regarding my name or in this case initials being referenced on this complaint board...for the record, ALL I HAVE EVER DONE IS SUPPORT C.F. and his efforts to make change within the DVMR organization. I have defended the spewing of negativity that have been directed towards him. I had considered CF to be a friend, however it appears that the organization WILL NOT permit current employees to remain friends with former employees, even outside of the work place; again speaks to the morals, ethics and integrity of this organization.

I have MOVED on and really wish that both current and former (you know who you are) will cease and desist referring to BM on this board...I was told by MORE than one employee this matter was discussed at a regional meeting. BM is exactly that a freakin BM, so PLEASE flush me down the toilet. AND FOR THE RECORD: I DO NOT WEAR COLOGNE...so I may smell like smoke or a BM, but never smell of cologne...don't wear it:).

I also now work in a position that entails 12-14 hours per day and traveling to the southern most part of the state; I don not have time, nor will I return to this board to view posts unless DVMR employees, both present and past STOP calling to let me know what is posted on this lousy complaining, whining and excuses board. For those of you still with DVMR in the SE, your RSM will go to management to express and relay your issues, so why not have those conversations with him. CF IS there to assist you all, CF WANTS you all to succeed, that is how HE GET PAID for crying out loud. NOW GO DO YOUR JOBS and quit your BS...remember as my wife always says...WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND.

Now I need to go and sell some Trifexes, Vectra3D, Novartis, BIVI, etc...products, in the BIG BOX I fill every day...lots of miles and lots of sales. McDonalds is not where I prefer to be at 11:25 in the morning!!!

As for throwing anyone under the bus. I really question that. I think if you call any of
the reps and hear what I say and see the emails I send out thanking each and everyone
of them for all they do for me. I will tell whomever wrote this I am as loyal to you as you are to me. I am not the one who posted something without atleast giving a hint of who I was. So again I question your statement. I also who is throwing who under the bus because my ribs hurt.

Yep you can't spell and have told us that before; however Bill Gates implemented something called spell check on all of his programs and most others have followed suit. As a manager would it make any sense to use spell check prior to sending out correspondences?

This is coming from someone who is posting at 2:00 in the afternoon. Must be on your phone so that means you have an iPhone. Or you pulled over to have a late lunch? You do know if you have an iPhone the company can monitor those websites visited from your phone? Just giving you a heads up.
 






I think managers who never implement any positive changes should quit. And so should managers who use their company credit cards at "restaurants" that are really strip joints. Better hope the inside never starts poking around those old expense reports.

Uhhh and you are posting at 4pm...no not iPhone, DVMR company issues laptop. Hopefully I'm being monitored; Company phone? What we're suppose to get company phones? My manager JS never told me that, she told me I had to provide my own phone. We did a ride along today and she was very helpful in closing over $100K in PUSH products from our Focus Vendors...JS is the best Manager DVMR has, we are very grateful to have her back.

yeah and the same one who takes the group to a strip joint during a regional sales meeting where one of the reps gets hammered and begins stripping.
 




So, JS is really back with the company? For real? That's bad news for CF and LB who have taken every opportunity to verbally flog her since she left three years ago. It must be frustrating to know that she is ten time as intelligent as CF and LB put together, plus she would never let drunk sales reps piss in a hotel hallway at a regional meeting, and then not report it to the inside. Is fun time over, boys? Better hope she doesn't start peaking into those old expense reports from GA and FLA.

How's that Vectra doing for ya'll? push baby push. We want Trifexes, or at least PSI rather thanPVP. Best reps will be leaving soon, company will do everything possible to get rid of the good in order to keep the $10 per hour field reps. What's it like going from $80k per year to $48k per year? The inside reps do nothing but make excuses and the outside reps bust their asses everyday only to have inside sabotage all their efforts. Customer uses a credit card, rep pay, customer takes 31 days to pay, rep pays, don't sell ridiculous push products rep doesn't get paid...most reps are sending checks in twice a month now. Notice the stock price went up, because they cut pay and make field reps pay to have the privilege to work at dvmr. PVP reps are making twice the amount as long term good hard workers, new hires getting guarantees that are double what long timers are being paid...at some point the ship has to be turned around or it will fall of the edge of the earth...remember the world according to mark...earth is flat
 


why is it called a non compete...nobody can compete with the idiotic business plan of DVMR. A few of my friends and co-workers have been able to escape the hold of the devil...ALL of them are happier, healthier and far more wealthy>>>why wont dvmr just fire those reps that deserve to go on to other better opportunities in the animal health field...because mark middleton thrives on others hating him...he truly enjoys not being liked as a person...imagine being virtually despised by every manufacturer rep, and those same reps not wanting to work with dvmr reps...yeah vectra reps with work with us,, but only because it is a family thing and tied into a bit of espionage for MARK AND STAN...CAREFUL FOR THOSE OF YOU THAT WORK WITH STEVE, THE FRUIT DON'T FALL FAR FROM THE TREE. Rumor is that dvmr is still around because the insider share holders need the stock at $5, so they can bail on the organization...Believe me the non-compete is not enforceable for those who wish to get involved in the class action law suit against dvmr...the outside reps all have legitimate claims against the company.
