It's how much you sell and is based strictly off how much revenue you generate for the company. And as far as the tag program, you either weren't here or are a bald faced liar. Just ask any rep if they were told " hey, if you are already getting 3 to 4 units from a Dr. but can leverage a relationship and can possibly increase the business to 5 to 6 units, let's do it ASAP and it won't affect your commission." Why would a rep NOT do that. I'm done explaining it to you since you don't get it.
