NSM? Why the cancellation?



Is this the spine NSM in salt lake meeting that has been cancelled?

it's only the biologic portion that cancelled. everything else is on (spine)
 
well we all know why no stim reps want to work with their OSI distributor anymore( 35% pay cut to work with them), so it's not like any bonding or networking will be missed.

Well they have 3 options:

1. Detag the account because the stim rep can keep the business.

2. Thank the OSI distributor for bringing them business that they could never get on there own. Buy them a drink at the bar and appreciate that $200 an order is better than zero.

3. Find a better gig only having to work 6 hrs a day with Fridays done at noon and having an ATM to run around and do all your dirty work.

The tag program was ALWAYS promoted to go out and get business on you own, if you were unable to get it on your own network with your OSI distributor or a 3rd party distributor. What idiot would tag business to an OSI distributor or a 3rd party distributor if they could get the business themselves.

What's the answer: An idiot.

Otherwise if you could not get it on your own be thankful that someone else was able to get it for you. Maybe this will force the sales force to work a little harder and learn how to sell and get business on there own. Otherwise use your resources, get business that you never had before and quit whining like a spoiled brat.
 
Spine stim reps you have been grossly overpaid for yrs. Wake up and smell the roses. Nobody has hankie's out for you. This job at tops is worth $225 and I mean the top. You are nothing more than a glorified TENS unit rep. You are spoiled, fat and feel entitled. If you don't like it find a better job, otherwise quit your whining and learn how to sell on your own. Maybe you can make things up on our ESOP program.....the stock is up over 5 points in the last month and climbing. With the cut back in commissions our bottom line should look really good in 2012 and the stock will continue to go up. So you see there is a silver lining to the picture.

Here is a novel concept. If you want to make more sell more......and do it on your own. Although if you are not be able to get the business on your own I recommend a book. "The Art of Selling"

LOL. thanks for eliminating all the ??????? it makes your posts easier to read. Last I heard, a 100 % commission sales job is not worth "X" $ or no more or less than 225K. It's how much you sell and is based strictly off how much revenue you generate for the company. And as far as the tag program, you either weren't here or are a bald faced liar. Just ask any rep if they were told " hey, if you are already getting 3 to 4 units from a Dr. but can leverage a relationship and can possibly increase the business to 5 to 6 units, let's do it ASAP and it won't affect your commission." Why would a rep NOT do that. I'm done explaining it to you since you don't get it.

If you where getting 3-4 units from an existing account and you needed someone else to get you to 5-6 or for that matter 8-10. You don't deserve to even be in sales if you don't have the skill set to do it on your own. Quit spending time on here and go sell something or better yet call your OSI or 3rd party contacts and have them do it for you. Again, if you do not like it then try finding something better. See if you can make $200-250k selling 2-3 million in sales a year somewhere else.
