Questions

Re: Questions...what is wrong with you?

The doctors who do sign, loose their relationship with the rep who they trusted because the rep gets fired for trying to do their job in an impossible market, not selling at all just getting contracts signed in territories the size of 3 reps. Then return to the office for tons of administrative work and emails(yet another full time job) plus tell management that "Oh, yes master, I did work all day BS"/ CRM- got to love it!

Then JD, SR and their croonies go out to dinner, high five each other to another oustanding job and expense it on the company and plot the death of the next poor dumb useless rep.

The doctors "loose" their relationship? The word is "lose", not "loose." Idiot!

Then JD, SR and their "croonies" go out to dinner? The word is "cronies." Moron!

And WTF are you doing at 2:26 P.M. posting comments on this board--regardless of which time zone you are in? Slacker!

You can't spell...you waste time in the middle of the day...you are afraid to own up to what you say by putting your name on it: Guess what? YOU ARE MIDDLE MANAGEMENT MATERIAL! CONGRATULATIONS!

Now, go back-stab some existing regional manager so you can get their job! You have shown that you have what it takes to get into the upper management echelon.

Dude, I am an idiot moron. You must be one of the cronies. I am not that dumb I am still working your stupid system and should have my managers position in no time. I got A*& kissing 101 DOWN! My brain is only spent from CRM. You guys are on an all time roll, check NASDAQ lately? Down 29% at 17.43 point; WOOF is right! Nice work.

Working the CRM...not for long

I am going to apply for a "promotion." I will ask JD and SR to create a position entitled "Secret Checker of the CRM Entries." Or maybe they will give that job to that snide a-hole who "taught" it to us.

I will spend MY 60 hours per week calling hospitals around the country asking them, "Did your Antech sales rep really come to see you on..."

This will show our clients that we cannot even trust our own sales reps, therefore, why should they trust them. Of course, this will now become a "necessary" position thanks to you bragging about it here.

You have just helped to ensure me of a secure future, although there are probably many more employees who would like nothing better than to have an opportunity to back-stab their fellow sales reps. This will now promote a competitive situation for this job.

DAMN! SCREWED AGAIN!!

THAT'S GREAT! VERY FUNNY!

Sadly, it is also true. There are so many ass-kissing back-stabbers here now. Maybe it is somewhat of a reflection of society as a whole, but it is much worse at this company.
I remember when we had sales people who would speak up at sales meetings because they were concerned about EVERYBODY'S problems, not just their own.

Of course, they have all been fired, or they simply quit. The few sales reps who still care about others dare not speak up now. They have seen what happened to the ones who did speak up.

How can I apply for that "Secret Checker" position? Even though it was someone else's idea, I can possibly take credit for it. Isn't that the Antech way of doing things?

RE: "The few sales reps who still care about others dare not speak up now. They have seen what happened to the ones who did speak up".

Right. Those who spoke up and showed resistance to Antech's new "plans" were fired with a payment package, and most of them now have better jobs.
If they don't, at least they don't have to work at this shithole any more, and listen to SR's fake ramblings, or JD's empty conversations.
Is that a punishment? Or reward?

It's better to live standing than die on your knees! Especially when it involves a bunch of greasy sociopathic pigs.

I'm still here because it's a paycheck in a time of high unemployment in my area, but I've lost my drive because of the direction upper mgt. is taking this company. It seems every time I turn around there is another good rep gone, to be replaced by some wanna be used car salesmen.

Times are bad, and I'm afraid ANTECH is about to fall off a cliff.

The smartest thing for anyone to do right now is keep their mouth shut. I've seen 3 people who were EXCELLENT reps, but who were not afraid to speak out, fired in the last year. All of them knew exactly how to grow business and transform mediocre clients into tier 1 accounts, and they all got fired. makes you wonder...

I have to agree with what most are saying regarding Antech and their crappy ways. I was told after 3 weeks my boss would not keep me on if it were my 90 days because I had not closed any business. I had not even been in my territory but for 3 days when she said this. She had me riding with other reps the first two weeks, which was a total waste of time. She was new to her position and I guess thought she had something to prove to upper management. I called the previous rep to ask her if she had been treated the same way, and she stated that it was worse for her. From my experience, I don't feel I should have to answer my phone at 2am because my manager got drunk the night before and would not be able to make a ride along. This happened on 3 different occasions. When my boss got drunk she would not shut up...She told me things like, having to sleep around with upper management to get her position. Just thinking of sleeping with S.R. makes me sick...Also, Antech "Buys" business, they don't earn it...I was told to offer $75000 to an office for "Rennovation" on his office just to keep them for 5 years. Antech is the most crooked company I have ever seen. It should be illegal to do some of the unethical things they are doing. All of them are a bunch of Alcoholics spending company money to party. I'm so glad I am out of there. My boss actually told me that I was making more money than she was. She said that she could just fire me, and collect my commissions that were coming in. Which, is exactly what she did. My territory was doing better than anyones, but she fired me because I wasn't bringin on "enough" new business. I had only been with the company 4 months. I was too busy putting fires out and buying business. I did bring on new accounts but because they were not hitting $5000 a month, it wasn't good enough. I would cringe everytime I got an email or phone call from her. I have never been treated so badly at a job as I was at this one. Honestly, I had never worked as hard at a job as I did with Antech, and it didn't do me a bit of good. I worked many hours at night and every weekend. If you are looking to work in the SouthEast under D.A., all I can say is RUN, RUN RUN...She is worthless and only looking to get herself ahead, not her team..Again, I have found work on the human side, and I must say, I feel like I make a difference, that I'm not doing anything illegal, and I have respect from my management...

Want some quick cash for your troubles with her? Write HR a letter tell them you were subjected to harassment ( drunk calls) and sexual harassment ( talking about sleeping Round in front of you). Tell them you are opening a complaint with the labor board. Call the Labor Board and open a complaint. You will be amazed at how fast HR and the company attorney will contact you. They will ask you what you want and tell them you are looking for compensation for your troubles as well as an apology. Your "silence" will be bought! Thy can not run the risk of having the Labor Board uncover illegalities. I'm proof it happens... Just sticking in to them makes it worth it... Oh and the hush money is nice, too!

You got paid, too? Wow! They really are scared. CN is an ahole and sales management is no better. HR didn't want to do anything until I mentioned the labor Board and harassment complaint. Then I had calls from HR and the atty.

Well, I was "let go" about 6 weeks ago for bad numbers. I got a nice little severance package out of it because I mentioned the words " manager harassment" because they held my numbers against me when I was out on leave. Still may pursue legal actions. Just shows when the company is buying silence- there is definitely something they want to stay hidden!

It used to be a great company to work for. JD actually listened to ideas at one time; then he decided he knew better than the reps and it went to hell- and it went down QUICK! Looks at our market. Antech is sinking fast and management doesn't care because they have thier agreements in place and know they are secure to a certain degree. Test Express is going down the hardest and fastest. constant mistakes, late reporting times, laziness, etc. Hard to sell a Dr on reputation when your reputation blows!!

Start looking for other jobs! Get off the boat while you still can! Eventually the rescue boats will stop coming and you'll drown!

All of the people on here who have been discharged recently need to find a way to find each other, and possibly collaborate in a lawsuit. The practices going on right now need to stop, and hopefully those of us left can benefit with a better work enviroment. I personally witnessed an employee go to her room with MM during the sales meeting last year, and lo and behold, she is the only one left in her division now. Funny how those things work.

All the people discharged should get together and look for a new job and forget about their glory days at ANTECH! If they feel they were let go unjustly then they should seek legal counsel. I am betting many of them haven't because they know they bare some responsibility for being let go. If you "personally" saw me walk into a room with MM then you should've seen me walk right back out and down stairs and into the club with everyone else! Actually, as I recall he stood in the hall while I got my license out of my safe. They wouldn't let me in the club without it. I am still here in this division because I DO MY JOB! MM has been gone from this division for a very long time and yes I am still here many, many months later. How did that happen? MM did not fire or let anyone go from this division so where is the favoritism? We have been under new management for some time now. It is obviously no secret who I am. I'd really like to know who you are but I'm guessing you don't have the b*lls for that. I don't understand how you think it is ok to discuss and say things about a person and a situation you know nothing about. My name and number is on the Sales Roster if you'd like to call...we could do a three way with MM and get this all worked out. That should be fun. Looking forward to seeing you at the next sales meeting! That is if you make it that long.

Touche. I believe the point was that many many female reps are subjected to harrassment from upper management, and unfortunately, I don't buy into the notion that they all bear responsibility for that.

Your obvious distain for those who have lost their job, or in constant fear of, is interesting, to say the least.

Give the chick a break. She knows who butters her bread - you can't blame a girl for doing whatever she needs to do to keep her job. I think this conversation should continue to be about real reps out in the field who are facing different challenges.

My only disdain is with the person suggesting that I am only still here because of what he/she thought they saw. Why would I be and why would it be neccessary to single me out in a post that is supposedly about people getting together to collaborate in a lawsuit? Unless poster is ex employee of this division. I have no disdain for those who have lost their job or are in constant fear of it. I work here too and know that feeling well. Am I defensive? Yes, because the accusation is untrue.

Thanks for the break Anonymous. I do in fact butter my own bread. I agree we should continue to converse about the Real Reps and their challenges. Peace Out!
