The poster above is correct. NEPOTISM and FAVORITISM is the norm in this organization. A much disliked RSM, second from the bottom of the in rankings, who knows little if anything about wound care chosen for a senior sales management position- Area Business Director, over far more competent candidates.
Awards give at a SALES MEETING to IT people????????WTF??? Clueless IT dweebs promoted and allowed to basically run the company??? Treating the sales team like crap??? Rearranging territories in March (for the second time in 8 months) so we can better focus on accounts that the reps never called on - Great idea!!
This is why I'm leaving- ENOUGH - You can't fix stupid.
