Si3N4

YOUR PRODUCT SUCKS. YOUR PAPERS SUCK. YOU SUCK. Why do you want to be bought so bad? Because YOUR DESPERATE and you know it's YOUR ONLY CHANCE. Keep posting nonsense and keep getting trolled. Welcome to the internet.

You keep making yourself look moronic, of course that doesn't matter with anonymity does it? What i want personally is to see is patient access to the best implant material on the market that achieves the best results. Based on my research that material is Si3N4. Its the most biologically compatible material, fights bacteria which gets into every surgical site, fuses fastest, & works with more extreme cases.

Its not that I think Zimmer is the best company, given its current state, to take on this task. I think Zimmer is best setup to take it on. What Zimmer believed TM would do, Si3N4 does do. Zimmer's already got the infrastructure in place to sell a technologically advanced material; its investment into TM gives it the experience and knowledge to know what pitfalls to be aware of. Zimmer's the only major ortho company in need of a differentiating material because of the setbacks its ran into due to TM; at least if they plan to gain much in the way of market share.

What you see as desperation is simply the next logical step for Zimmer, a step i believe has been in the works as far back as 2011.

Finally, in Study 3 we examine porous tantalum metal, a highly promising synthetic alternative to bone, as a tissue-engineering scaffold for the formation of osteochondral constructs with functional mechanical properties.

Your "research" is wrong. You are so sold on your product you neglect to see other available options that are just as good if not better. We know you love google, now study your competition and learn why they are succeeding and you are stuck on an anonymous forum begging to be bought. Your white paper use shows you are a classic used car salesman who would suffocate his own puppy to get some business. Can't wait to read your next flub.

Please link me to something that actually performs better.

Do your own "research". Until then keep wondering why you are the only one on an anonymous site pushing this. Put your name on this thread if you think this product is worthy of anything. But you won't because it's not, you will be back to selling Honda civics in no time.

Precisely you dont have crap. You just talk out your butt.

Thump the chest? What product am I promoting? I'm sorry you can't accept reality. You are like a horse with blinders on, can only see what's in front of you.

Referencing cheap prices only means 1 type of implant, PEEK. Good thing Si3N4 coating can be applied to these implants to aid fusion.

You keep talking about old technology. Seriously, do some fucking research on NEW technology. Go sell a hospital on a more expensive implant with what's going on right now in this industry. And what implants is this pixie dust on anyways? Are you from the old Stryker OP-1 team?

Obviously Zimmer sees something in this "pixie dust" as it appears to be working with Amedica on Si3n4 ardis, hip implant, & I believe si3n4 version of their TM dental implant.
