Lies from the minute you are hired. Low pay, comp plan that is capped and has negative reconciliation. Nothing new or innovative, just widgets copied from the competitors. Vacant territories that they can't get people to fill or stay longer than 2 years. Cheapest company in the US. Tyrant leader that fills leadership roles with family and alcoholics. JD joke All the Zone directors are fools selling timeshare jobs at applied medical. That about sums it up.
 
Dysfunctional management at its best. Toxic workplace politics, run rampant with nepotism, cronyism and cliques everywhere. R&D efforts mostly focussed on reverse engineering and plagiarizing competitors products. Good manufacturing facilities run like sweatshop and minimal compliance to FDA rules and regulations.

Come one, if you going to paint the picture of a fairytale company make it realistic. Fascinating customers???? Feeling of helping?? We sell shit cheaper than J&J and Covidien. The companies that invented the devices that we undercut.
 
Overall company is competitive in the marketplace, which is an advantage in regards to contracting and access to health systems. Sales training and new technology is a definite plus.

Quit all your complaining you sissies and be glad you have a job. My surgeons know me as I am the face of Applied. They desire my products because I have relationships with them. So sick of all the bellyaches out there.
 
Lots of recognition programs for people that contribute new designs and patents. Innovation is encouraged and rewarded. Benefits, pay and flexibility to work from home are excellent.
