Look at the list below of the positive posts from a couple of these Applied boards. It's like somebody was assigned to come up with anything that people would want in a company, regardless of whether or not it's based in reality, and sell it. Corporate marketing at it's worst. Saw a news segment the other day on the massive brainwashing campaign South Korea has used on its people for decades and couldn't help but see similarities.

The quotes:

Mission driven culture, hardworking, friendly, intelligent peers. Everyone at the company truly wants to be there and contribute to its success.

Lots of potential opportunity, youth, and energy. The culture is positive and friendly. Great place to get some medical device experience if you want it. Medical benefits don't increase in cost year over year. There has never been a layoff.

Company is very solid and growing fast. High quality, American made products. Corporate "values" and ethics were a big reason I joined. Heavy emphasis on doing the right thing in healthcare and for customers, not just making about making a profit. No job or company is perfect but I have to say I have never worked for a company where there is so much mutual respect and engagement from the CEO down.

A key medical technology innovator, responsible for the invention of award-winning noninvasive technologies.

World class facilities, leading edge technology in innovation and great culture.

Products offerings with competitive price.

World class training program

Compensation, bonus and 401K

Great culture and talent development focus.

Great internship programs.

Good hard working group of talented people at Applied. Very family oriented culture. As a junior, there are plenty of mentors to help you develop your carrier.

Applied Medical doesn't have much turnover. You can retire here.

World class training program with superstar former sales reps. They even ring a bell like my kids world class grade school. Food is works class too.

Exactly. Thank You. Good summary. Anyone with half a brain can see that but seeing it all on one post puts it into good perspective. This company is run just like a South Korean dictatorship. I know about 8 or 9 people who were fired over the past few years for not complying to Applied Medical's way/beliefs. Fortunately, they all found better jobs and AM is losing marketshare left & right so all is right at the end of the day. You get what you deserve!!!!
