You are right! This company expects you to work 24/7. They offered me a job and called me on a Sunday to discuss pay package....surely it could have waited until Monday. I was told that availability at all times was expected.
Thank you but no thank you ID. I accepted another job where I have a life in the evenings and weekends;)

Called you on a Sunday to offer you a job and discuss pay? I call bullshit.
 




I call bullshit too. No one delivers bad news on Sunday, they wait till Monday to tell you the dogshit pay scale and commission plan. As for Todd "Aimless" with his funnel report...the 70's called they want their pre internet skills back.

Another good rep has left.. I am sure that management will post that he was let go due to lack of content in his funnel cake . Not sweet enough and the rep was too fried - so he was chopped

who is the rep. Just say the name. Why does it matter, if they don't work here anymore. Then we can talk about the truth, as to why he/she left. Instead of speculation.
 






I for one don't want my name posted all over Cafe Pharma As an ex employee of Implant Direct or Nobel or any other company. Why I left ID is because of the micro management and poor management. What I thought was going to be a great career was a paperwork nightmare and the funnel that became a morphed monster that changed my once decent manager into a condescending asshole . I had to leave for my own sanity and my marriage ..

well...if you can't fill out a funnel, we probably didn't want you here anyways. And there is poor management everywhere...it's no better at Nobel, Straumann, Megagen, or anywhere else. I wish you luck anyways.

ID is already so lean it looks like it has an eating disorder. Any leaner and it will implode on itself like a black hole. When Stratton came on board he said 500M in 5 years. Well it has been 4. Anyone think there is going to be 400M coming in 2017???
