You are right! This company expects you to work 24/7. They offered me a job and called me on a Sunday to discuss pay package....surely it could have waited until Monday. I was told that availability at all times was expected.Enough of the politics this isn't CNN. Truth is ID has been on a downward turn or should I say free fall for almost a year. Sad because they have great implants. I felt bad leaving the company but I thought I should go before I went totally crazy from the micro management. I see that there are still a few good reps left. All the newbies have no dental experience at all. But the turnover is like 70%. New management thinks that you're supposed to work 24-7 and just keep pushing more paperwork at the reps. I like to relax and enjoy my family at night not work on s frigging funnel report. The decision that I made to leave was the best thing I could do for me and my family. I work now with a manager that appreciates me. I can play with my kids at night and make a hell of a lot more money with a lot less stress and no friggin funnel report. How's that for a compelling reason to move on?
Thank you but no thank you ID. I accepted another job where I have a life in the evenings and weekends
