Heard today that ID should be renamed P-I-P.

If a failing business was not already being run by a Stratton we would need to invent a Stratton.

I think Stratton means "failure" in German but we all know it definitely means failure in Dental.

I'm trying to remember but his failures. This was predicted by anyone that's done a background check with former employees bosses. Curious it took Danaher this long to figure out he was a fraud that's failed on every business he's run

I am still stuck here with a couple of potential opportunities to get out. This response sounds exactly like what a low performing loser tells themselves every day. In fact the grass will be greener when I leave here. The new grass will allow me to expand my professional connection base, add to my experience and definitely make more money. Keep up your landscaping operation at a house that is not worth living in.

i feel so sorry for you. you have to drive around and visit offices selling implants and make $100k. How do you do it everyday? Sounds terrible!!

You have missed the point. At plan (10% growth) I make no where near 100K. At 20% growth I end up short of 100K. At 24.5% growth, figuring in every other income relevant component I just make 100K.

My manager isn't here anymore he was promptly diminished by "senior leadership" airing his family concerns. This company is an incurable virus I am trying to avoid and pretend I am one of them. The alingment message sounds more like survivor than a healthy company culture. I wish you luck...not that you would know what to do with it.

What is the 'starting / beginning' number of the territory you describe at day 1 of Fiscal year ? AND What % growth did that same territory experience the year before ? Is the territory geography going forward the same - in other words, are we talking apples-to-apples in this scenario ? no new or combined with another territory, etc.

Are there new high dollar products with any chance of success being introduced and are any other complete line (ie: regen/membrane/suture, etc) being introduced ?

I'm trying to figure how to plan a 24% increase in a mature ? territory in a single year over last year to gross $ 100k for myself, because Brother, I live in a West Coast city with major living expenses, and if it don't pay At Least $ 100k I'm not leaving the house.

well...that sucks. If I hit my quote (plan) i will make over $100k. looks like you were in midwest based on the description of your manager leaving. hmmm...who are you?
