You don't know the half of it.The Rx division is gone and those left are going down with the ship. I remember when it was a billion dollar division and to see it today is embarrassing with no hope for recovery. Probably a Harvard case study here somewhere.
 




That's on Fleming and not the US leadership as EQT never invested in it as EQT thought they could flip it before it sank and here we are almost 4 years later and we are worse off.
 




What Flemming and Thomas don’t get is that the high employee turnover has costs associated with it too but they don’t care. It’s a continuous revolving door. High turnover is a norm at Galderma
 




A ton of aesthetic people are leaving in January. HQ and field based. People can’t take all the BS anymore and there’s plenty of hiring companies paying the same and offering options.
 




















When your strategy continuously fails, you either take responsibility and correct it or you double down and blame it on people and external factors. EQT needs to remove Fleming.

Ex-Galderma here. I used to work for one of these guys. It’s very telling how the entire executive team failed to secure a better role. What does it tell you about how this company was managed?
