Because he has never been held accountable for his bullying and misogynistic behaviors. He has gotten promoted and groomed for leadership in the face of public and private outcry from female colleagues. It is truly outrageous and even though I am no longer with the company I will continue to monitor this situation because I was directly affected by it. White male cronyism at its finest.
Well stated! The fact that a serial bully like Weck is still employed by J&J is not only outrageous, but simply inexplicable after all of his credo violations. I like you observed much of it first hand while he was a VP at Consumer. I am also monitoring the situation, but from the inside.
