Well stated! The fact that a serial bully like Weck is still employed by J&J is not only outrageous, but simply inexplicable after all of his credo violations. I like you observed much of it first hand while he was a VP at Consumer. I am also monitoring the situation, but from the inside.
 








Speaking of credo violators: what ever happened to Zelem? He pushed out of JnJ IT anyone who tried to draw attention to his total disregard for the credo especially with vendor relationships. Heard first hand he was pushing to use his daughters company no MSA. Once one of the long time JnJ leaders got HR involved, they were gone.

I'm sure HR has a plan to allow Weck to bow out gracefully. Although, since he's such an arrogant bastard it might get ugly!

Con't bet on that! The days of inept and old white men in leadership positions is over. We have shifted back to a culture where diversity is embraced. and promoted.

The next CIO will be a woman IMO...as was the case in the Laverne days. Maybe you were not at J&J in 2008???

Totally agree! Anyone who knows Weck realizes he is being shuffled around because no one likes him. He's not being groomed, just trying to stay employed as long as possible. Sadly for him, the spinoff will most likely result in the end of his tenure at J&J.

I've read a lot of posts from this thread and confirm just about everything stated!

Weck was my boss back when I was a manager at McNeil Consumer IT. I'll be transitioning to Kenvue and am glad Weck will remain at J&J.
 














Keep dreaming, Tom Weck will hang around to keep irritating the employees who wants a utopian world ..
JNJ wants to make money and ton of money … Tom is there tool to reduce headcount
