Just for the record I built up a team of four Uber drivers, and still growing. When I learned that my auto license is reported to DMV as it has legally to drive for hire, I backed off and only now have my team drive. That's what you folks might consider when you get 'established': ie hire some people to drive for you and you provide the wheels, they provide the time, you split the profits. I have 'hired' my wife, cousin and two friends to drive. Stay off the road so You do not have the risk of HR pulling the public records and identifying you as an Uber culprit. I don't know if HR is really checking this site but I would suspect they would only take action if there was a BIG problem with many reps being Uber drivers on the company workday.

Good luck, its a nice payday on the side. I have one driver who just started today's shift driving out.

so we must stop driving HR will find us?? really ?? I only drive 2 hours a day

Personally, the lack of morals and ethics on display here absolutely disgust me - I hope you each get what you deserve, then we can replace you with people who actually care about their employment and help grow the company, instead of arrogant immature fools that think they can get away with blatantly violating company rules. Good luck landing your next job when you cant get a good reference from us because you were terminated with cause.

True...all the sales reps are on Cafe Pharma to hear the latest gossip & our management is here for the same reason. Com'on I dare you to try and catch me Ubering.....The majority of the sales teams have second jobs because of our total compensation including our shitty car allowance/mileage is so poor. So you raised our salaries, it was a decent thing to do until you slashed our IC Plan and brought our compensation back to slave wages!!!

Thank you for an intelligent, thoughtful and truthful post. Many of our sales team are stealing goods and services from the Company. As a veteran DM I personally know that several of my employs actually are Ubering on Company time. This is essentially what you are saying: the lack of morals among our new hires is very disturbing to Leadership !! We gave our reps healthy aises and what do we get?? Pushback and complaints about some minor issues. Say what you will, I expect much turnover in the coming months.

Slashing the 2016 IC Plan is not a minor issue. If you were a DM and knew who was Ubering, you would have turned them in to HR because all of our middle management are Akorn koolaid drinking weasels!

Stop with the BS because none of this will matter if the company cannot straighten out our stock issues and we can get back on the exchange. If this doesn't occur, the future of Akorn is very bleak and all of us will be Ubering to SURVIVE!
