AbbVie lifts profit forecast after Skyrizi sales beat expectations

AbbVie (ABBV.N) raised its annual profit forecast on Friday after strong sales of its immunology drug Skyrizi and cancer drug Imbruvica helped the company beat Wall Street estimates for the first quarter.
