J&J alleges ex-staffer downloaded thousands of files in move to Pfizer

Johnson & Johnson (NYSE:JNJ) has filed a lawsuit alleging that one of its long-standing executives illegally downloaded thousands of confidential files about its corporate strategies while leaving the company to join its rival Pfizer (PFE).
