J&J could face class action for allegedly mismanaging employee health plan

Johnson & Johnson is facing a proposed class action lawsuit from an employee over claims the New Brunswick-based pharmaceutical and medical technologies company mismanaged its prescription drug benefits program, which cost employees millions of dollars in overpayments.
