Medical Information is losing good people left and right too.

There were good people in medical information? Every time I walked by that floor it was a bunch of catty women who were shopping for Louis Vuitton bags all day with an ass-kissing boss who has zero qualifications to run the team

Poor leadership! The executive directors are a joke and lost, and 2/3 of the field directors don't take accountability and need to go. They are field based, and soooooooooo disconnected from customer interaction. Their knowledge of the geography comes from their MLs' strategy or territory plans IMO biggest waste of time, or a brief 1:1 call before they report in to their management about what is going on. Clueless!!!! If asked on the spot about what is going on with Dr. So-and-so or in Blah Blah city, 95% would look like deer in headlights.

You have a Field Strategy team with no field based members, oxymoron AF. Field rides with the majority of managers are a joke, they don't even interact and do not know science. Customers frequently ask, why are they even here? I am saying all this right now because I am probably number 20 to leave, unless another ML is resigning before me. Also, stop discriminating against non-PharmDs! Whew... that was cathartic! Good luck to you all!

Spot on! Executive directors are a joke and lost, most field directors need to go and are not accountable, on cruise control. Besides OURVOICE which falls on deaf ears, how do you maintain accountability for your leadership that continues do what they want without restraint? FDs need territory and account plans and last minute one-on-one calls with MLs to know what is going on before reporting into their managers. These plans are the biggest waste of time and kill at least a week or twos worth of potential customer interactions.

WHO CARES?! Worthless position. Looked at by 99% of physicians as another rep. Provide no value and generate no business. Hopefully all of the nonsense is to drive them out.
