Just throwing darts here but this thread is probably the reason why you’re not perceived as a priority. There are NVS brands that generate more revenue in a month or two than Xiidra generates in a year. I can go to the drug store and buy Systane. It works, it’s cheap, no insurance issues and it generates more annual revenue than Xiidra. You should be lucky to earn a nice living. Your meeting is over the summer, big woop. So are many other franchise meetings. It’s called working for a living. If it scares you, you should think of trying a different profession. Become a teacher, they earn a fraction of what you earn, have to deal with awful parents and buy their students school supplies- but they get the summer off!
