The key is don’t be forging signatures…an audit could get you fired. Don’t hand your iPad to the staff to have the doc sign either. I know someone who got fired because the nurse took the iPad back, signed it herself, and during an audit the doc denied the signature as his own. If they won’t let you see the doc, they don’t get samples. That simple.

Everyone adds calls. The way you get fired is faking signatures. That is a stupid thing to do. It violates compliance and falsifies sample documentation. With the requirements they place on call averages and lack of ability to see certain docs you have no choice but to add calls. They do it to themselves. Thats why this division is such a mess. They tell you to run your business but then wont get out of your way.

End of August as people were either getting kids ready for college, back to school or enjoying the little summer we have outdoors. (and everyone was disappointed last year yet, they do it again)

Even though we may not need a vacation day but, many activities go on at night in the summers.
Send me anywhere in the winter, just stop with the summer meetings. Please

You're joking right. You know how many signatures are done by reps. A lot! A line with a curve in it on an iPad where they can barely sign a good signature. Faking signatures goes right along with faking calls everyday.

You were probably the one that complained so much about Chicago.
 




Just throwing darts here but this thread is probably the reason why you’re not perceived as a priority. There are NVS brands that generate more revenue in a month or two than Xiidra generates in a year. I can go to the drug store and buy Systane. It works, it’s cheap, no insurance issues and it generates more annual revenue than Xiidra. You should be lucky to earn a nice living. Your meeting is over the summer, big woop. So are many other franchise meetings. It’s called working for a living. If it scares you, you should think of trying a different profession. Become a teacher, they earn a fraction of what you earn, have to deal with awful parents and buy their students school supplies- but they get the summer off!

Deflate the egos a bit, you promote an eye drop.

Everything you just stated are why people are mad with the exception of systane. People who came here were sold a vision that is completely different than what reality is. We were told wed be leaders in eye care with a drug pipeline that will produce a new drug every other year in both segments of the eye. Now the inly innovation we can look forward to is new micromanaging techniques and trackers. Our time is limited and we all know it.
 


Very interesting that you’re throwing darts at the Xiidra reps. At least a Xiidra reps do more talking to doctors and most other “High Ego” that never see a doctor in a day. I think you need to get your own house in order before you start talking about something that you don’t know anything about it.

Go back to your paper, route and making account calls, or I should say bogus account calls.

I’m sure you forgot how it was like to have a real conversation with the doctor. Recently, a couple of EYE CARE reps went into CV and oncology, and both of them told me what a joke that is. Talk about not working!
