IHS bloodbath






Brandon allowing that entire thing to happen is a bad reflection on Takeda senior leadership. He’s obviously spineless and failed to correct a serious problem that was a direct slap in the face to all the PDT sales teams. He’s never had respect from the field. Every other KAM I’ve spoken to and probably most directors are happy about the change.
 










As a person who may or may not be under the Takeda marketing umbrella, I can assure you that Takeda cares far more about their Corporate Equality Index (CEI) than the people who work here
Being seen as inclusive and getting named one of the best companies for (insert the most recent cause), is far more important than someone sleeping their way upwards. Even more important than the people in positions of power who broke Takeda’s values and policies while doing it.
Do the minimum. Collect your paycheck. Keep quiet. Accept that the buisness is completely unfair. That’s how you survive Takeda.


Anheuser-Busch lost its LGBTQ+ inclusive ranking for the Bud Light situation. This is what they were desperate to avoid before the Bud Light transsexual campaign.
This is all Takeda cares about. Not you, not right and wrong, but only being seen as not an advocate for DEI groups. Inclusion is important but being forced to comply and fearing the optics of being seen as an enemy, is killing Takeda. All company and employee decisions come from this being the number 1 goal.

You can’t call anyone within the upper levels of IHS leaders. Who are we talking about? Lauren? What has she ever done that had anything to do with leadership? Listen to Brandon is all she’s ever done. When Brandon leaves she won’t be in that position for long.
