IHS bloodbath

This division is falling apart. We now somehow work for the alpha team. Not to mention there are so many bad KAMS on this team I am embarrassed to say I have the same title as them.
You are so right. This division used to be highly looked upon. Now the “KAMS” that talk a good game and kiss ass, are getting praise. What deals have they closed? It really is embarrassing.

The directors are worse. I’m trying to bring deals for review but I hear nothing back. My director is now in the cover his own ass mode. This is the result of senior leadership living in their Cambridge bubble. He knows things are off the rails but at there is nothing to do at this point except hold on.

I agree. Senior Leadership is horrible across the board. Big changes need to happen fast or we are sunk.

Some directors still have their people’s and customer’s best interest in mind. Anyone above the director level doesn’t care one bit about the sales team or the decisions being made which impact customers. Has anyone ever had senior leadership meet with customers? They bring nothing of value and you end up making excuses for the lack of follow-up promised.
IHS leadership position sales to be the scape goat when things go wrong. That’s all.
Talk to a recruiter some time. Even the industry knows what a mess it is.

As a person who may or may not be under the Takeda marketing umbrella, I can assure you that Takeda cares far more about their Corporate Equality Index (CEI) than the people who work here
Being seen as inclusive and getting named one of the best companies for (insert the most recent cause), is far more important than someone sleeping their way upwards. Even more important than the people in positions of power who broke Takeda’s values and policies while doing it.
Do the minimum. Collect your paycheck. Keep quiet. Accept that the buisness is completely unfair. That’s how you survive Takeda.

Laughing out loud that Sturgill went to the well to get a job with Blanchfield. What a loser. Any company that doesn’t know Brian would laugh him out of the interview.

Laughing out loud at any one still there. You my friend, are the losers! Good luck finding something eventually. You are the laughingstock’s. Enjoy! Go move some plasma
