Someone provide some info on anyone who was caught doing something they weren't supposed to be doing through iPad tracking. I have no doubt they can track us, but never heard of anyone actually getting in trouble that way.
Where I work (not saying) two reps were fired based on fake calls that were tracked back using whatever the hell they have on the IPADS. It was done through HR and not through any manager. No manager can run any kind of report as that would be illegal - I am told. He also said that in general the above poster is correct. There is so much BS in this industry that no one really cares. Blatant offenders who simply stay home all the time are the ones that end up getting in trouble. We have simply been told you are expected to work from 9 to 4 in the field. I do not think that is too much to ask for a six figure job.
