They're just backfills dude. Remember all the the raids by Tricida? Real issue, is that momentum for our product has simply stalled. CARDs wont budge on this, I can't even get an appt a month in advance, they don't want to hear about it at all anymore. And the nephro offices just want lunch. You can certainly see the head nurse and office staff, but getting the docs for more than a passing 'thanks for the lunch nosh' is impossible. Who is kidding who? Like they haven't heard the spin a thousand (or at least 50) times before :)

Our new big shot leader has big changes coming.. A new product launch I heard.. hopefully they don’t fuck this one up and give us something we can sell.. this one trick pony dose not cut it.. when will learn.. no wonder they are hiring all these sales people is there anyone going to be left..

No one I’ve talked to is in the field. Making up calls and metrics to satisfy the bean counters. Not complaining about getting paid to do nothing when the reality is docs can’t get the product anyway. Staying on the ship and improving my golf game, until it sinks.
 


Nephrology launches at Ardelyx, Bayer and AZ in renal long-term care will suck up any remaining good sales people, that’s assuming there are any left lol..... Don’t miss the boat, Jumo before it’s too late!
 






This ship is sunk unless we can get managed care coverage and DMs that can lead and sell. How does KF still have a job? He uses recycled strategy metrics, has his people afraid to speak up so they leave. At least SI and MS seem like they try to support their teams. BN needs to take the blinders off and force out the dead weight dragging us down and give us a bonus plan where we can actually make money.
 


Honestly, no one wants to hear any VEL pitch yet again. Only time i hear from accts is when they want help getting a patient some assistance. Game over. Just collect the check, take up a new hobby, try not to start drinking by noon, work out, stay in a positive frame of mind... and oh, almost forgot, check all the boxes on your metrics.

TU another example of the domino effect, people just moving up without exp. HR needs to go and market access needs to finally wake up. There’s been body changes but after over a year still no action. Doctors want to write drug but so common patient can’t afford that they’ve convinced themselves sodium isn’t an issue. L is better than a product they can’t get!

Steady stream of exodus over the past two years. Sad but true. Thank goodness the efficient HR team operating with a sense of urgency is still on board, oh wait, never mind. Good luck plugging all the holes in the dam with DK and LH leading the charge. Maybe they should have taken real action on feedback and exit interviews, instead of giving lip service and patting themselves on the back that the exodus wasn’t a cancer.
