Merry Xmas to those insiders who are cashing thier stock grants for millions of dollars while the poor suckers in the field are being put on the unemployment lines. Is this the type of people dictating our destiny? These scum bags, Bauer, Falk, Gottung et al have done nothing to enrich our sector except to line thier own pockets. Do you chumps even care?

Nope, don't care! Have a great job, making over $120k. and after the spin off, none of those people will be a part of our company anymore.

thats alot of money with no new product stream, competition and erosion of sales and profits. Not alot of companies have that kind of money laying around. Spinning the company off, revitalizing it, changing the culture to include new faces and products- then selling it makes more sense. Abernathy is really good as a leader. I suspect K-C will hold alot of stock in this new company as well, so they will have a vested interest in it succeeding. I, for one, am willing to give it a chance.

Abernathy was planning to retire but there is more stock options in the deal. This project is doomed from the start with the same "babyruths" floating in the toliet bowl. Look what Joanne, Lowery, Kuchta have led the spiral down.

You heard wrong. I feel bad about the spin-off thing. The company is going to fall apart for a period of time because a lot of folks are going to leave in every area of the company. This will include R&D, marketing, sales and so on. We're you all on the conference call? Many people are going to get screwed over with the life time medical benefit. Those that are here 14 years and don't quite make it to the fish get nothing. Nobody wants to buy us so they're spinning it off.
Management will try and "put" any kind of positive spin on it that they can. That was the direction given from upper management, take that from an insider that's in the know.

The buyers are lining up for a piece of the pie.. The word is two medical companies both starting with the letter M are kicking the tires..This crock of dog do about a spin off is just to keep the troops in place until the "pig is prettied up" and sold on the auction block.

Whatever. As someone who is actually "in the know" this is utter bullshit.
 






Everything is fine do not worry about anything. All will be ok just keep working!!!
The supplies business is growing and more profitable than ever and devices has a solid knowledgeable management team.

We have never seen the company in worse shape.
 






The water in the swamp got a little bit higher as the "incompetent squad" just yanked the RM of the Carolinas out of the slime. At least this may minimize the out lay of corportate dollars for non production. See you later, don't want to be ya!!!
 




Has anyone seen Kieth Kucha? Someone spotted him in the new mother section at Wal Mart counting diapers. What a fall from the high and mighty give me sole solance and I can sleep tonight.
