PG31, US, 252k, +bonus + LTI I find it OK
Wow I am PG31 and at 175k. I'm curious if you're in a High cost of living area? Or you have 25+ years in role and those merit increases keep stacking
Also - IMO, at $175k you need to be firmly asking for raise if your performance is good or exploring externally, $175K is below midpoint and the job market is Hot Hot Hot
Also - Once your salary is in top tier for your pay grade merit increases get squeezed and will be below target, even if you exceed/exceed, you need to make business case for desired salary and be tenacious
