What’s your PG and how much do you make?

PG 30, 20 years of experience in the company , 164k a year plus bonus. NJ/PA area.
Usually great performance reviews. I have a feeling I am underpaid.

The question is this: is it worth leaving and giving up another 3 years of old pension plan and then 15% of total income annually as a new pension? Seems like the 15-20% potential increase at the outside employer kinda evens out the loss of pension but does not constitute a significant bump in salary.

For PG30 I believe the range is 120k-210k. So I am right at midpoint. Not sure what to do.

None of these posts mean anything without country, region, department and years at J&J/in role. No chance these PG 26 making 150/175 are real. Or the PG 25 making 120. Unless you’ve been in the role for 20 years. Even then, I highly doubt it (at least if you’re in Finance). No shot.
