What’s your PG and how much do you make?








I think the poster that said rare actually meant PG30, those are rare but not unheard of.

PG30 are funded at 50% and PG 31 at 75%. A blended rate of LTI across both paygrades of ~60-65% LTI frequency sounds right to me and is consistent with my experiences at those levels and with my direct reports at those levels. There is a higher likelihood of people managers getting them than individual contributors, so if you're an IC at PG30/31 then yes, it is more uncommon. I am in R&D.

This is the way
 




I am PG30, research and development. 19 years in a company. Base salary 165k. Target bonus 15%. No LTI. No one ever mentioned stocks option to me despite a great performance.

Am i being underpaid? I started 19 years ago with base salary 75k.
