The sales reps (if you want to call yourself that) at ZBH have been getting their tales kicked for the last 16 years. As you note however is the investors fault, management incompetence, and bad luck which SYK has not encountered. Classic “ZBH needs to spend more on my steaks and wine choices” answers here. The office managers don't care about discussing the price/rebate for our products so you have to beg them to do the meeting. We have to put it on the Organon rep's calendar, sent the TEAMS invitation and pray that the office manager follows through or we don't get credit. Everyone I know on this contract is miserable and looking for another job. Plus, we're about to launch another biosimilar where there will be 8 or 9 others. It's sure to be a shit show. Don't take this job unless you're desperate.
