    Confident and secure people tell the truth. They don’t just make comments that aren’t true just to spare hurt feelings. Stop blaming other people for your lack of success.

  • You’ve got to be kidding. We have the easiest job in the world. Yes there are frustrations, knucklehead leaders, and job security is nonexistent but overall it’s a great gig. If you hate metrics now, just wait and see what metrics will be negotiated with a union involved. Careful what you wish for.
    I could see myself agreeing with you. However, every time we hire these contract companies we find out they metrics are so minimal- 4 calls/day, no sales pressure, no oversight whatsoever, guaranteed gig for 12, 18, 24 months. I am encouraged to believe a union would move us closer to what a contract sales force looks like.

  • Does not matter which product. If you’re looking for a short term gig, then apply. If looking for a stable career path, look elsewhere.
