Right but as noted above it would be very hard to sell off any single division to any currently existing player in the market. So okay maybe they try to sell the division at approximately the same time with specific brands going to certain companies and others going to other competitors?

Why do you think this is Scott?
Ask anyone from the Covid team about the IC Plan. Even the ones who ranked #1, 2, & 3 will tell you, off the record, it was luck. PrEP is finally experiencing the type of IC the Covid Team had.

You’d be better off speaking to your counterparts who came from Covid to mentally prepare when PrEP rankings happen. If you’re at the top, it’s not effort, it’s good luck & if you’re at the bottom it’s not a lack of effort, it’s bad lucks.

The IC is literally about how you happen to fall into it- similar to drawing straws. This is why you can’t understand it & this is why you’ll never understand it.
