    Not that this place isn’t a complete dumpster fire, but it isn’t unusual for the person to run S&N’s Corporate Development team….ya know, the team that deals in buying other companies to add to the parent company’s portfolio…to hire someone that has dealt in multiple M&A transactions throughout their career. If anything, they may get serious about actually trying to compete in emerging tech for once.

  • Agree. I m very shocked by what I have seen at NSM, Training, Launch Mtg & conf calls.
    Elementary reps and the 20yr reps are going on Year One 20 times!
    The whining and complaining with ultra sensitive is like I have never seen before.
    Leadership are just box checker robots.
    I like mang others are second guessing coming over here.

  • Promotions at Bayer have always been who you know and how much ass you have kissed. Its definitely not the most skilled person and the nonsense they showed today is more of the same that allows for that to continue. DSO “should” be teams of people making hiring decisions, not a single person. That would eliminate the ass kissing factor.

    Exactly but remember he likes to present an image of HOF RD. He is not a HOF RD as only 2 Pres Clubs came as RD. The rest were as a rep. So yes he is in the HOF but he is not a RD winning HOFer like he portrays

  • Let’s be real. No PC job require 3–4 hours of driving in a one-way direction, coupled with overnight stays for a $140–$149K base.

    There’s strength in numbers. Everyone applying should hold the line at $165K–$170K minimum. And be ready to say no if they won’t budge.

    We’ve seen PrEP roles reposted at higher pay after enough people refused low offers. Collective pushback works.
    Not for a temp job that's only budgeted for 3yrs otherwise we can just hire a 75k year contract Salesforce.
    Once any non writer becomes a big writer then will be given to Prep PS
