All strut, no substance, ET sees this very clearly. The rest of MALT copy his enchanting BS. If he is gone, then this is the last straw to break the camel's back when it comes to reverse discrimination in medical affairs. If you're a male here, you're kinda f*cked. Look at all the promotions and elevations with a gender imbalance favoring those with 2 X chromosomes. While speaking of reverse discrimination, sorry but if you have an MD/DO degree you're double/triple f*cked, because you intimidate those above you without trying, you're competent and have clinical experience, and you're cursed. It's time for change, big change is needed with significant turnover over of leadership.
    And anyone see the latest? TRAF has added the newest member to his team who has been going around for months saying the position is hers. Another equal opportunity from MALT leading to improved culture. Who’s next ladies? Wow the two new senior directors were FDs for a nice hot minute. What a joke?! More yessers, pleasers and XX-ers.   • he can't be replaced fast enough...has ruined morale and culture at Lilly.... doubt whoever is next will be any better or last very long...with the promotions of the last 5 years...the bench is not very deep.

  • Let’s get real. Adding more managers was ridiculous. Now we have one manager per 8 reps and they are held to two 2-day ride alongs (with notes!) per week. Everyone is being micromanaged from RBD down and we look desperate as f*ck to our offices. It’s honestly uncomfortable and embarrassing. I like my manager but offices seriously don’t want the dog and pony show. There has to be a better way to do this. Awkward to all involved. The problem is from the Area leadership - shit rolls downhill. If you’re bragging about your frequent flier miles and how often you take reps out on the corporate card on Yammer or whatever the f it’s called now you are a major source of the problem.

    He gave the reigns to SC who was a fiscal nightmare, and decided to go to the other end of the spectrum and bring in KD, the sociopath Randian nepobaby who has created the worst culture in the industry.

    For all his “good for society “ thinking he let the US fall apart through toxic leadership that had mostly been weeded out in the industry.
