Ziegler has always been a very aggressive manager putting people on performance improvement plans and forcing people to leave by making the workplace very uncomfortable. Given how poorly the launch has gone and the fact that he’s the ultimate responsible person in charge of the commercial org, I hope he’s held to the same standards that he holds on his org.

He’s failed miserably as a CCO. The numbers don’t lie. He should look himself in the mirror and show true leadership by demonstrating accountability and step down.

His track record of failure from Geron to Iovance to getting sidelined at Gilead should tell him that he’s not meant for this game. He’s just too dumb to be successful. No matter how many buzzwords he uses, his brain just can’t comprehend the substance of the challenges he faces.

The interim CEO has a commercial background. All it should take is a 15 minute conversation with Ziegler to diagnose his inadequacies and understand he’s way way way over his head in this role.

She’s so dumb that she doesn’t understand moving Sun & Baby to Brazil is a disaster. Let’s wait 8 months to get any chemical through customs - and they don’t make surfactants there…..
