He was the head of consumer for nearly 8 years - the board wasn’t around until the last two; all the while the company has sputtered along.This all falls on his shoulders. The ring leader the circus he set up

Two year tax agreement window with J&J ends in August that prevented a takeover. Now we have a P&G guy to decide what price P&G will buy us for.... The good thing about that is that P&G will keep everyone for a few years as they work out who is worth moving to Ohio. (that wont be many)
