  • Disregard the idiot above. It’s probably the SE RD who throws mud on others all the time. Thanks for this insight. I agree, HIV is a career limiting move. Even within Gilead it’s challenging to go from Community to PrEP and from PrEP to Treatment. So if the people inside HIV at the same company don’t respect the other roles, why would someone outside of HIV in another specialty see valuable our experience?

In your opinion, which specialty or disease state outside of HIV is the easiest to pitch this experience to and sets me up for stronger future earning potential?

  • You can’t go Rare from any of the HIV.

You can go Rare from Covid/Hospital Sales because Reps have already done it.

You can go Rare from Liver, you can go ultra Rare from Oncology.

    You can’t from HIV.
From HIV you’ll still have to go into another specialty first & choose that specialty with intention so your next move could possibly be rare.
Ok dude give it up. What are you a recruiter for Mixed Talent? LMAO… You can’t even navigate your own career. Get back to planning for your food order tomorrow.

  • They're staffing the company with people who have zero pharma experience, or if they have experience in pharma, it's all bad. But a sale is a sale, right?
This isn't sales. It's a ponzi scheme. Offering discounts to pharmacies and promoting thru only one distributor? This company didn't pay their fleet vehicle car insurance and had 100+ Fleet cars rolling around for 2 weeks uninsured. The end is near if they can't afford the car insurance.

  • The company’s current trajectory is concerning. Jay-Z’s emphasis on Chiesi’s progressive image over the development of a robust pipeline is a significant oversight. The frequent introduction of Affinity Groups is a concerning trend that may hinder the company’s progress. Furthermore, senior leadership’s focus on addressing their white guilt rather than prioritizing the delivery of quality products and services to patients is a detrimental approach.
