  • We used to innovate. Enough of this buying other BS and shelving it. SN gone downhill since they have tried to be Stryker. Remember the Kiss cover band at the NSM about 15 years ago. That was last of the good times. Been a ball rolling downhill ever since. Sad to see really.

  • i have been tracking this company for a decade plus. Been reading the non-sense here and seeing my shares lose value since 2011. First it was Dvorak the bad lawyer, then Hanson, now the bull which I assume is Ivan. Always underperforming. Always excuses and blaming management. 15 years later is just complaints from reps mostly and the usual drunk fired employee. Can it be that all of you who complain about it are breaking it in pieces? Asking with sincerity.
    Do the sales reps cause the inventory issues and cut R&D expense? Do the sales reps spend 65% of FCF on share buybacks? Do the sales reps make $1B+ acquisitions and screw up the integration (LDR, P28)?

    No.

    If you want to make $10mm to $15mm per year and fly in a company jet for your family vacation, you should be accountable for dog shit decisions like Persona IQ. The culture at ZB pushes blame downward to the individual contributor, while the company’s leadership refuses to build systems that enable growth… or take accountability for their horrendous decisions.
