If you are afraid of JA and his backlash, you are silly and weak. Fatty been in Derm like 2 minutes and has zero relationships.

He is gone and we all can move along. He was a flash in the pan and poof. His clown ass is gone.
 
I learned of this page at training, and JA was not the main issue. This company is trash and doctors want nothing to do with this product. Leadership are micro managers, VP is clueless, my stock options are worthless, and heard the best rep bailed last week. This wasn’t what I signed up for.
 
If you can get out of here, do so. It’s a train wreck and not what I thought it was. Hiring manager lied about everything, and VP is missing. This product has no chance and no solutions. Dermavant, BMS, LEO, and Arcutis are hiring.
 
Need an honest answer here. Are reps really making $200K plus here? Recruiter telling me $250K first year is normal. Doctors in my area aren’t really using it, so just curious if I’m being told something wrong.
 
Reps can definitely make 200k. There are many reps that will make over 175k in their first year. Just like any company, it has its challenges but the company is heading in the right direction.
 
What is sad about Dermtech is that RB and the rest of the Dermira people had to lose great people to finally start doing right by people here. You should’ve listened earlier
 
Pay plan is massively flawed, reps will leave on April 1 to seek more financial stability. Self inflicted wounds here, better leadership would have recognized this and remedied it. Managers are scared to stand up to senior leadership. Your people are the difference so pay them accordingly or they will go to BMS or Dermavant on April 1. it’s sad that other companies see the value of a DT employee but we don’t. BS and BH need to speak up asap or it’s going to be a revolving door here. I hope they fix this asap.

RB hiding and doing what he does best….ruin morale and collect a paycheck
 
We haven’t hit goals in 3 quarters, nor have we fixed the issues on why providers bail on us. I’ve lost so many supporters that I’m losing my reputation. This place is a dumpster fire and all these Dermira losers are the cause.
 
The stock here is worthless. I literally have zero value in my stock. So many people are looking to leave. No direction and no communication here at all. Just National calls trying to sugarcoat another insane jump in quota.
