Do not accept a job here. The NSD & Finance Manager have literally stolen your ability to make commission. You will make $135k max at Exosomedx. Diagnostic Oncology Standard is $180-$200k. Do not work here.
 






Medicare fuckup by TM has destroyed Exosomedx. Doctors have stopped using EPI. Management refuses to take responsibility. Reps dropping like flies.
Time to leave. This company will go out of business in 12-16 months.
 


Chuck Kummeth is a lousy fore flushing sunavabitch. Steer well clear of Exosomedx. Don’t even think of applying for a job at Exosomedx!

Does anyone know what “fore flushing” means? The thoughts in my mind are that it is supposed to be “four flushing” and that it is because he has to flush four times due to massive poops (which is kind of impressive). I could be way off so clarity would be appreciated.

When will you bozos in upper management finally take responsibility that EPI will not sell optimally at $795? When will you incompetents finally admit that your Medicare is a disaster, and that docs are leaving for dinner 4K & SelectMdx?

You guys are making this too easy for us! All of my docs that left for EPI are now back!

Really think it through before taking a job with this company. I didn’t ask enough questions and had to resign for a better opportunity. Glad I did, but it was a lot of work, and very disruptive for me & my family. Trying to save you from making a big mistake. Atrocious management & highly problematic and negative policies set in motion by C-Suite.

Go elsewhere.

From the sound of this post board, employees are extremely frustrated with management. Good management is critical to an organizations long term viability. Without it and the business fails.

Garry Couett is ruining this company with his terrible policies. Doctors do not want to use this test under the new Medicare Qualifications. Attention Board of Directors: This is the end of this test!
$795 private pay and damaged Medicare LCD is destroying our business. Steve Silverman & Garry Couett need to be fired immediately. We have hit rock bottom!
 


It’s clear that Exosomedx has very incompetent leadership at the top. No need to name names. Huge cuts and audits happening now. Comp Plan is illegal, and will be challenged in court.
We are not part of the opioid industry.
It amounts to theft and deception by Minneapolis, against the sales organization out of Waltham.
Class Action Lawsuits will also be filed regarding Medicare Fraud and kickback statute, (inducement). Sales is being treated terribly by management and finance. All of this loss in test volume was a direct result of failed policies by our CEO/CFO. Legal teams being retained. Think twice if you are looking to take a sales position with Bio-Techne / Exosomedx. What a mess!
