I thought EPI test would be racking up the revenue by now with Medicare - why isn't it? I was thinking about applying here but sounds like it's not a good sales environment, ouch.

Absolute shithole. GC the VP of Sales knows nothing about winning, and even less about sales. His Manager SS is completely clueless about sales & urology. Go elsewhere! Terribly run company on its way to be out of business.
Board of Directors should fire the CEO, President, and NSM. They have effectively ruined a once great company. Ruined!
 










Many LUGPAS across the USA, have stopped using EPI. Why you ask?
Because many patients are receiving $795 bills, and the doctors decide going forward, to either use 4K, or nothing at all.
The billing policy is a proven business killer, that management just refuses to be accountable and responsible for. Please, for the love of Christ, move back to $300 private pay and jerry rigged Medicare coverage. These jokers just don’t get it!

All true! I’m just joining this thread. Garry is a textbook narcissist who has no idea how to gain respect from employees or increase morale. He has systematically eliminated any amount of reasonable earning potential for these reps. Dumped a bunch of busywork on seasoned professionals. And subscribed to the old school micromanagement/bullying approach to attempting to produce results. He’s a SMUG ass clown who has no idea how to motivate A team Or gain respect. How do people like this get hired?!!!… Well since you asked… It was because this company was in the acquisition shitter already and they couldn’t find another NSD to take the job. Garry is like a wolf in wolf's clothing. If they could’ve found anyone else, besides a highly unrespected RSM from Myriad, to take the job they would have I’m quite sure.

I think competitors weren’t sure if they should be concerned about EPI at one point, now they don’t even have to worry about it As leadership has made endless sabotaging decisions -- Like a bunch of rent-a-cops in charge!

Do not take a sales job with this company. Heed the warning’s above they are all accurate.

Garry is an awful NSM. He should have been fired long ago. Not one rep likes him. Lots are faking it to keep him happy. The guy has no skill, vision, or talent whatsover. He knows no one in the urology community. He has spent top dollar for Sylvia his SFDC guru, tracking and screwing reps out of hard earned money. He is one lousy SOB.
Do not take an RSM or Sales position with this company! All of this information and the posters above are 100% accurate. This company is filled with criminals! Check out the recent $100 jump in the share price of the Bio-Teche stock. That explains everthing! Corruption!
