Seems obvious that Reeves is pre-programming Barbie to ask questions first on every call. This is to try to “shine.” in front of top management.
This is interesting, because Reeves is the worst manager in the company. She also is responsible for bringing all of us, Mr Wonderful himself, Garry Couett!

Damn. Interesting. What's the point of the conference call classes anyway when the patients can't afford the test, billing practices are ruining salesforce-physician relationships, and sales isn't getting paid?

The guy is awful. Not one person likes him in management or sales. Except Stacey, but that goes w/o saying. I heard from my sister who’s a rep for ExosomeDx that Stacey was almost fired twice, but she’s still standing. Really strange organization.
 
Seriously does this leadership NOT know how hard it is to find good reps in this niche?! These testimonies should be downright embarrassing for a company. Leadership must've decided that they're okay with hiring green reps with no experience/relationships or reps who are ready to retire soon, cause that's all they'll get. There's a reason other companies spoil their sales forces. It's a tough job. Not everyone is able to do it right. And it MOST DEFINITELY requires respect for the people/company you're representing.

None of the leadership team has any solid sales experience. Steve has zero sales experience. Garry was the last place RSM at Myriad. He was ridiculed there. No one liked the guy. So Silverman decides we have to hire this guy.
All of the RSM’s are a joke and would be laughed out of the building, at a real company. Reeves? Really? How many times was she with in an inch of being fired? This is our leadership team folks!

Bio-Techne job postings for sales are outright lies. Competitive salaries my ass. Decipher getting paid $200+. ExosomeDx =$135k with complete ignaramuses for RSM’s and a total fucktard for an NSM... Who would you work for? Exactly!
No future here! None!
 
How many posts does one need to read before they realize how disgusting this companies management is? The absolute deletion of any commission is criminal. Do not apply or work for Bio-Techne / ExosomeDx. It is career suicide.
 
Some leaders are perfectly capable of gaining invariable respect from their salesforce. This is simply not that environment. That environment breeds from absence of ego, true wisdom, a chill results oriented work environment (ROWE). There is a blatant disrespect for the sales team here where leadership is determined to "be in charge". They roll their eyes at the salesforce during meetings, walk around with their arms crossed looking down their noses. Judging. Evaluating. Pouring over spreadsheets. It comes from a place of insecurity and it's fucking pathetic.
 
It’s absolutely amazing just how out of touch management is at this company.
None of the things on their agenda move the growth & business value needle.
Why must companies hire so many fools in upper management?
