Why all these meetings?!

Let us just do our jobs…every day a new bomb is dropped in some fashion. I mean they take away so many resources to cut back due to where “xiidra” is in its life cycle…yes, another pointless meeting….

Right in the middle of summer too….
 


I’m going to be TRANSPARENT!!! What joke…you shouldn’t use words that he has no understanding of.

Once again this company is being disrespectful of its people. Right smack dab in the middle of summer they schedule a meeting! Just because I didn’t put vacation in for the middle of summer doesn’t mean I don’t have family plans in the evening…which I’m sure the don’t consider.

So what…a new detail piece…it’s not like the have any new information!

Just let us do our jobs and stop fucking with us…seriously! Now this meeting is turned into a Regional meeting…probably because NM didn’t get her ego stroked making herself out to be more than she is. She is totally a joke…but she thinks she’s hot stuff because she was #1 of 3….what a joke.

The management is a complete dumpster fire!

OMG you are right on the mark, She didn’t get any Regional time at the National Sales Meeting so instead of letting us have pocket meetings we have to endure her for 3 days and 2 nights.

Summers! Thats the BIG deal! Every state in the north has short lived summer season.

Some people have summer activities in the evenings, vacations time, enjoy their kids activities in the evenings. Kids home from college…this os the time to get out and get some Vitamin D for is northerners! We love our seasons but, summer is so short lived!

And for what? A new visual aid? This can be done over teams. Remember what TL said when he started? “If you can do a meeting just as productive thru teams then do it”

We dont need togetherness. We’ve had plenty of that.

Not much self-awareness at all. A good leader would say “I’m sorry, with all this chaos in Ophthalmology adding a meeting in the summer was a bad idea-lets find other ways to launch this new visual aid just like you need to find creative ways to get into your clinics”

cancel the meeting and earn some respect from your team.

I honestly think leadership enjoys these meetings as it’s a social activity for them. Leave us the hell alone! Go get some friends and outside activities and stay home with your families. Like you said, introducing a new visual aid can be done through teams. It’s like the company doesn’t the opposite of what we all want. WE DONT WANT IN PERSON MEETINGS THAT ARENT NEXESSARY

no need to be so upset. I was just asking. You need a vacation.
 




And the week after the 4th of July holiday week ????? I, along with I’m sure a lot of other people will be just getting back from a vacation to go directly to our 4th meeting in less than a year!!!!! Ridiculous!
