PSC Improvements

So the PDCO stocks were supposed to be liquidated and reinvested in our accounts by now. However I still see them in my portfolio. Does anyone know what's going on with that?

Regional branch idea is good
They will out some of the fat middle managers and specialist and
Incentivize the ones with the relationships in the field and watch this place roar

The current consortium of accountants and incompetents have starved this body to the point of emaciation to get it ready for sale. With PS paying a 40% premium over trading range, PDCO needs a full protein diet and serious training schedule to get the ROI. I don't think we can save our way to attractive bottom line profitability. It's got to come from top line sales growth. Hoping for some swift announcements that will push us back into growth mode and put a stop to this rep exodus.

Selling mainly merch and equipment. Against competitors who are constantly pushing prices down. Does not compute.

The new CEO worked with our Dental Prez. I am not sure how I feel about that.

I've got a great idea to help streamline things. Let's stand up a non-functioning website to keep employees from being able to contact one another to actually collaborate and share information. We'll hide their phone numbers and push everything up to a line no one monitors. Next, we'll break half of the links on the site, and finally we'll make them "Start a case" to get answers to something an actual human could resolve easily. We'll call it Workday. It'll be the best thing ever.

Then when we're done with that, we'll offer them Microsoft Copilot as an AI tool. It's the rough equivalent of an 8th grader trying to give a book report on a book she never finished the cliff notes on.

Get rid of the tier system all together on sundries and equipment. Another brilliant idea from our corporate office. That ranks up there with the SAP, Delta Dental and Solea decisions.
