They continue to double down on Solea. My hope was this new regime would not make the mistakes like our past that got us into this mess to start with. Doubling down on Solea for comp doesn’t give me the confidence I was looking for. Disappointing

Better pay sounds good. But for a company that can't hit their numbers for 2 straight years, how is the better pay going to be funded?

Enhance the quarterly bonus to incentivize growth for more than just a few people and keep the annual bonus to incentivize annual goals.
