Seriously, It’s gross. They don’t do anything to contribute, yet take the credit. Mine just texts the whole time she’s in the field with us and the FDR I get days later is completely made up.
 


I’ve never been so burned out, I’ve never had a manager that is so bad. I have qualified for this qtr spiff 2out of three months, I’m one of the few that will hit goal this qtr…. not once did I get a “good job, congratulations”. Sometimes it is just nice to be acknowledged

SAMs are so entitled at this place. PALS do all the heavy lifting and get no recognition
 




Also let’s not forget that SAMs are the ones getting their feet held to the fire! We are the ones held accountable for infusion goals we have zero control over, we are the ones who can get fired. PALs are extremely protected and rarely if bad held to account.

It’s called big pharma. Lots of mediocre leaders riding the biotech history of Amgen with made up metrics that bolster their cause while making yours untenable. It’s the same at any large company. As others have pointed out. The Horizon days are over. You are now part of the bureaucracy.
 




Just think twice before you come here. You may think the salary sounds nice, rare disease sounds appealing, but this place will suck the soul from you. It’s been turned into primary care with a fancy title.

Yes, you’re correct. They are! However when they don’t put start dates in, or they go on vacation and don’t tell anybody but they are still “working”. Or mark patients unresponsive when they only try them once… that’s a problem.
 






CV manager here. Jasper will ruin this division. I have no idea who keeps him in leadership positions. He is terrible. He does nothing but micromanage and ruin moral. Best of luck - it won’t get better
