I don't mind pep talks. That is all great. His problem is that after all of the pep talks and power points he never actually IMPLEMENTS what he says. He is a good dreamer, not a good doer.

Lost all of our KOL's, still have backorders (facepalm), don't have marketing material for new product, obliterated the company image, took away the majority of promotions we had last year that helped us get last years numbers, which our quota is based off of.
